We are India’s pioneering Immigration and visa consulting company with corporate office at New Delhi and offices at Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bangalore. Current team strength is around 150 and we intend to double it within next 2 years. To help manage company’s HR department, we are looking for VP-HR at New Delhi corporate office.

Indicated Key Responsibility Areas are

  • Plans, develops, organizes, implements, directs and evaluates the organization's human resource function and performance.
  • Translates the strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans.
  • Develops staffing strategies and implementation plans and programs to identify talent within and outside the organization for positions of responsibility. Identifies appropriate and effective external sources for candidates for all levels within the organization.
  • Develops progressive and proactive compensation and benefits programs to provide motivation, incentives and rewards for effective performance.
  • Develops programs to allow the organization to embrace applicants and employees of all backgrounds and to permit the full development and performance of all employees.
  • Develops human resource planning models to identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop specific programs to fill the identified gaps.
  • Continually assesses the competitiveness of all programs and practices against the relevant comparable companies, industries and markets.
  • Establishes credibility throughout the organization to be an effective listener and problem solver of people issues.
  • Develops appropriate policies and programs for effective management of the people resources of the organization. Included in this area would be programs for employee relations, affirmative action, sexual harassment, employee complaints, external education and career development, among others.
  • Coordinates the activities, programs and strategic HR plans of other HR departments throughout the corporation.
  • Provides technical advice and knowledge to others within the human resource discipline.
  • Manages other areas such as relocation, employee communication, employee safety and health, and community relations.
  • Manages the budget and other financial measures of the HR department.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Graduate with 10 to 15 years of related experience and/or training; or

  • Maintain compliance with various regulations to ensure availability of customer interaction history through ACT data for security and analytical purpose.
  • ACT supports an auditing capability where entity and attribute data changes within an organization can be recorded over time for use in analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Performance audit on areas specific to ACT master plan and Employee handbook will be conducted on regular, ongoing basis.
  • Review ACT of assigned team member, their outlook mail boxes and official mobile phones at any time and without notice.

Disciplinary action – Policy vis-à-vis compliance of ACT Master Plan and Employee Manual:

  • Employees not following ACT and employee Handbook diligently will be given caution notice(s).
  • Four cautions will mean one negative filing in annual assessment report. In one month, up to three cautions can be issued. Employee will be given an opportunity to offer an explanation, within 3 days of the notice being issued and if found convincing, the caution will be withdrawn.
  • Three negative filings (total of 12 cautions) in the annual assessment report will mean that concerned employee will be not get annual increment due in coming year.
  • Six negative filings (meaning 24 cautions) will entitle the management to issue one-month relieving notice, under the terms of appointment letter.

KRA’s

  • Reports to the Branch Process Manager;
  • Be an active member of back office responsible for processing client files and requests;
  • Individually responsible to ensure smooth processing of assigned clients and their files;
  • Oversee the completion of all relevant visas and immigration documents and   ensures that they are received within the time limit set by the Canadian government.
  • Communicate with the other branches as well and handle their cases and clients also and ensure their file to be dispatched as per the commitment they made to the clients.
  • Taking new sign ups from the Sales Managers and perform all related duties including but not limited to:
  • Explaining the forms and document checklist;

Vacancy for Vice-President - Sales operations (VPSO)

Position reports directly to the company President and is based at company corporate office based at Delhi.

VPSO directs and manages functions essential to sales force productivity in the company.These include planning, reporting, targets setting and management, sales process optimization, sales training, sales program implementation, sales compensation design and administration, and recruiting and selection of sales force talent.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plans, designs, implements, and manages sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
  • Provides leadership and counsel to the sales organization in implementing sales organization objectives that appropriately reflect the firm’s business goals.
  • Responsible for timely assignment of sales force targets and ensuring the company’sfinancial objectives are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources.
  • Partners with senior leadership to identify opportunities for sales process improvement;

REQUIREMENTS

  • College degree from an accredited institution; masters in business administration (MBA) or equivalent preferred;
  • Minimum overall experience in sales of at least 10 years and at least three years of sales or sales management experience in a services sector industries like financial, insurance, travel and of course, immigration and visas; Experience in Immigration industry is not a must but will surely carry weightage.
  • Position requires extensive travels within India for the moment and may require international travels in future;
  • Ideal age of the candidates (Male/Female) would be between 30-40 years.
