The Position

As a Process Executive, you shall provide documentation service and assistance to our immigration clients. Moreover, provide information to the clients regarding PR rules, process, latest updates, etc. You shall coordinate with our Branches and executives for documentation & PR process. You must carry out entire immigration application process by starting from documentation gathering, checklist, language tests, guidance on education assessment, expression of interest, and visa process. You shall be able to conduct research on different visas and changes in visa rules to provide accurate information to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reports to the Team Leader - Process.
  • Be an active member of back office responsible for processing client files and requests;
  • Individually responsible to ensure smooth processing of assigned clients and their files; Oversee the completion of all relevant visas and immigration documents and ensures that they are received within the time limit set by the Canadian government.
  • Communicate with the other branches as well and handle their cases and clients also and ensure their file to be dispatched as per the commitment they made to the clients.
  • Taking new sign ups from the Sales Managers and perform all related duties including but not limited to:
  • Explaining the forms and document checklist;
  • Educational credential/skills assessment processes, as the case may be;
  • Helping the clients in completing forms and guiding them on related queries, including on documentation;
  • Take full responsibility of assigned clients and ensure their satisfaction;
  • Making on-time entries in Zoho and recording them in Excel;
  • Keep the clients updated as regards processing of his file;
  • Ensuring an on-time revert and interaction at all times with the clients;
  • Regular follow-ups with the clients through calls and e-mail.
  • Handling queries of Clients over the phone as regards forms and their documents.
