All unauthorized migrants wishing to acquire the prized citizenship of the US may sooner than later have new rules to abide by even as this is leading to a row. A new ruling would enable the candidates with hardships to swiftly come back to the country to wait for citizenship.

He continued that, prior to going to their home nation, such individuals in the new scenario would be permitted to apply for this provisional waiver in the country and wait for it to be duly approved. In case the proposal gets sanctioned, the ruling would positively impact a large number of unauthorized migrants.
However, another concerned person was quoted as saying that there will be strong resistance to the proposed law change, though it will not be easy to stop it from being passed. Significantly, several detractors have called the development a blatant misuse of the executive authority.
