  Finally the goal has been achieved and after reading the grant letter I am on the sky nine.

  It gives me utter delight to read this email. I am elated to know that Aparna and I have been granted Australian permanent resident visas finally. I really appreciate all the efforts that you guys at Abhinav have put in for our case. When I retrospect our journey of attaining Australian permanent residency visa for Aparna and myself, I realize that we have come a really long way, although many would argue that 7-8 months is probably a short time frame to get a visa in.
  
  Both of us are fully charged up to cross great oceans and land into a new land of opportunities that beckons us. It goes without saying that we both were very anxious to get our visa processing done at the soonest and probably gave you a harrowing time in the due course. But I think today when we look back, we feel really happy about your services. Also, your knowledge and expertise about the whole immigration process was really commendable.

  A year ago, I applied for Australia PR with Abhinav consultant. Reading through the reviews on internet, I was a bit skeptical about my decision. As the process with Abhinav started, I realized the value of Tabassum's consultation and Alex's eye to details. I was never big fan of documentation, but Alex made it look so easy. His continuous assistance and looking for available options showed that Abhinav has the best in class consultants who are keen on client's success. From the begining Alex helped me with document and process checklists, periodic follow up on the status/progress, reviewing and suggesting changes in the documents submitted and ensuring nothing less than the best.

I received my Visa grant on March 01, 2013 and am very glad with the way the whole process went through. It has been a highly educating and fun filled journey from the beginning to end and I would like to share my experience at this point.
  
  Being a techie, I started searching for a genuine and reliable immigration consultant on Internet in early 2012. After a lot of research, I narrowed down to Abhinav due to good reviews and no negative feedback from the candidates. • Hi Tabassum and Alex,
  
  First of all, we are sorry to have not been able to meet you in person and thank you all before we left but unfortunately it was a very hectic last week and we could not meet a lot of people whom we wanted and Abhinav was one of them. We came to Melbourne on Sunday late evening via Adelaide and it was a very smooth travel and immigration. The Immigration Officer did not ask a single question about our entering the country. Considering that we were very worried about this, it was quite a smooth entry into the Country.
  
  We have just got settled into a temporary accommodation and started looking for houses for rent. I will get in touch with the Adelaide contact that Alex had provided me.
  
  We would like to thank the entire Abhinav Team for helping us out through this long effort of applying for the Australian PR and guiding us along the way. It was really worth it. I would appreciate that you guys took time to answer all our queries especially considering that we had the visa adding to the confusion a little bit. But we would like to thank you for having all the patience. I would like to specially thank Alex, who I think is always hounded by customers with questions and issues but he really helped us with all the documentation and also getting all the documents ready for the immigration. Personally as the applicant, I know how much of effort Alex had put in my case and I can’t find enough words to thank you all for the help and support advice you have given me to enable me to get the PR Visa successfully.   Extremely sorry for taking long time to write to you.
  
  I was busy with my office work and later I got busy with planning my trip to Canberra and Sydney. Finally I could make a nice short visit to Australia. All because of efforts taken by you all in obtaining me my Visa.
  
  I am delighted by the service provided by Abhinav during past more than two years. Definitely it was a long process and had some ups and downs. Most important thing is at the end goal was achieved. I would like to recite entire story today how the journey has been. I hope you enjoy reading the same.
  
  My association with Abhinav began quite some time back at Abhinav's Bangalore office, there on telephone and email I inquired about Immigration to New Zealand. I was not ready to start the process in terms of finance at that time so I gave up. After few months I visited Bangalore office of Abhinav, to find out process of Immigration to Canada. This time, I was falling short in terms of work experience so I had to stop again. Mean while I changed my job and relocated to Mumbai. I was in touch with Abhinav's Mumbai there on.
  
  Komal Madam directed me to begin my process with Canada Immigration. I submitted documents, then discovered my experience is not sufficient to suit profile of 'IT Manager'. I tried my level best to obtain experience letter from my office stating my duties, but none of my duties were of IT Manager as I am at Software Developer position. Lot of emails and phone calls were exchanged between me and Abhinav to fulfill necessary documentation and to get the process ahead. Some how I was not convinced with the way process was heading. I spoke with Mr. Ajay Sharma who explained me the process again and also explained how Abhinav is trying to help me proceed with my application. Finally I filled necessary forms and application was submitted for stage one of Canada Immigration. Various aspects mentioned above caused a delay in submitting the application.
  
  Just after submitting application, news came that Canada's occupation in demands list has been modified and they no longer needed IT professionals. A door closed for me and I was devastated. Looking at these changes at Canada, Mr. Ajay wrote a nice letter to all his clients explaining the situation and he came up with few alternatives.
  
  1. There was slight chance with Canada as Quebec was still open for IT professionals provided they possess good knowledge of French language. I had done few classes of French language during my college days but nothing beyond that. Learning a new language was as good as climbing Mount Everest for me. So I could not even think of this option.
  
  2. Other option was to think about countries such as Australia and New Zealand. I found this as better option and this is how Oz story began.
  
  This is where Geeta madam came into picture. I did some follow up with her and actual process began. I could gather all the necessary documents for Stage 1 process of Australia Immigration. Obtaining experience certificate from my current employer was not a big trouble. Stage 2 also went quite smoothly just that I had to give IELTS exam two times. Today, I can say that a bumpy ride which began long time back in Bangalore has ended very comfortably at Mumbai with Australian PR in my hand.
  
  I am satisfied with service provided by Abhinav, and my satisfaction reflects in referring my friend to Abhinav. Madhur Khedekar who is client of Abhinav today, approached Abhinav as he came to know about organization through me. He is applying to Canada Immigration via Abhinav. As per latest information from him, he is experiencing some issues related to exact knowledge of the process and documentation. I would request Abhinav to make him happy with your services just the way you have made me happy. I am sure we both shall refer more friends to Abhinav.
  
  Couple of my friends from Bangalore have inquired about Australia Immigration at Abhinav's Bangalore office. This clearly states I am trying to refer Abhinav; but if existing clients get bad experience this would reflect in referrals too. Please take care of this aspect to have long lasting alliance.

  We are pleased to hear that our PR process is complete and we are granted PR for Australia.
  
  We are quite fortunate that our process is complete in very short time. I guess we applied on March 1st, 2012 and we got approval on 21st Sept., 2012 i.e less than 8 months.
  
  We are thankful and happy that we applied through Abhinav. Special thanks to Komal (Mumbai Co-ordinator), she has been very helpful throughout the process. Apart from the application, she has also helped us in other formalities as well, like helping us to find information for IELTS, helping us to get the documents notarised.
  
  I remember calling her in late evening and she has never ignored my call nor did she get annoyed once. During our 1st stage processing, before going on leave, she made sure she gave her alternate numbers in case her cell number is not reachable as the time was critical. She made sure she was available for us in case of any help or information.
  
  Such dedication, I don't think we get to see usually.
  
  Needless to say, that we are very pleased by the service of Abhinav. Not only because, our processing was done very fast, but also respecting the fact about Abhinav's attitude towards work.
  
  Even we faced problems with medical reports upload by the medical center. We approached Geeta for her guidance, and we got her reply immediately and our query was sorted in time. We generally do not get help on such matters from other agents.
  
  Another point which impressed me is the level of transparency Abhinav has in their process. In our first meeting itself, we were briefed about total cost that will be incurred including their charges. There were no hidden costs or charges. • Hi Alex, Tabassum and Geeta!!!
  
  Finally, after a year and few more months :) the GRANT LETTER was in my hand, and the stamping is in process.
  
  I still remember the 1st day, we met “Tabassum”, it was "A Saturday"...as in movie A Wednesday :), when they were not working that particular weekend, but she was there to help us assist with the queries and doubts and provide us initial guidance and confidence. 50% of our doubts were FLUSHED that day :).
  
  Next weekend was Registration and the journey began...ACS was a successful review, 2 IELTS, 2 rejections, one from South Australia (I was late in submitting) and 2nd from NSW (took a gamble with my work experience, I was short by 6months)...
  
  BUT, a big BUT be it rejection or success, Abhinav B’lore was behind me. Finally May 2012 applied again for NSW (I was not in INDIA), got state approval in 12 days (WAS @ MY BUSINESS TRIP), I guess it was the fastest if not lighting fast :)...and then again 15 days, DIAC (I WAS STILL OUT OF COUNTRY) were ready to ask for Medicals and PCC...it was like everything was falling into place piece by piece...
  
  AND when finally I got the VISA GRANT LETTER 8th August 2012, I was out of this world...Geeta was overjoyed and wanted Rasgulla for treat :)... Even Tabassum and Alex all had smiles as finally it went through after a rough patchy time...and I was relieved...
  
  In a nutshell, the support and dedication displayed by Alex, & Geeta for Australian PR proves that Abhinav Outsourcing delivers more than it promises. Tabassum was always around the corner to pump you up in bad times!!!. The immense research and in-depth knowledge about the process and procedures was in itself a reassurance that my application is in safe hands.

  I am extreamly delighted to receive Australia PR grant letter for me and my wife and all credits goes to Abhinav.
  
  When this immigration idea came to my mind i started looking for migration consultants. I did approach a number of them in bangalore and looked at the way they do business/operate, guide besides their track record. There are two main traits that has given Abhinav a strategic edge among others and now i could declare my judgement was correct. The most important quality i found is honesty/ integrity in doing the business. The fee structure was simple, clearly communicated and never hiked or moved back from the commitment.   We had approached Abhinav Outsourcing in November 2010 with an interest in emigrating to Canada. Our journey started there on with Abhinav & today we are extremely happy to have recently received our Canadian Permanent Resident(PR) visas. It was a dream which we were able to convert into a reality with the help of Abhinav!!!
  
  The years of experience in this field of emigration services & the tie up with a Canadian Immigration Consultant (Rhonda Williams) was what first appealed to us of Abhinav. Abhinav's reference was given to us by a close uncle of ours who had migrated earlier to Canada in 2007 using Abhinav's services. • Hello Team,
  
  I am delighted to inform you guys that the visa has finally arrived after stamping . Though i got the grant on 16th Dec is something different to see that the visa is on your passport. Both me and my wife have been successfully granted PR visa of Subclass 175 . I would to thank the whole team especially Alex and Rithika . They both did a wonderful job . I asked them numerous queries and they were kind enough to make sure i get a reply ASAP.If i one was not working that day then the other would pitch in.
  
  This is my first experience of getting a Visa via a agent and touch-wood it was awesome . I have read so many horror stories(of-course not about Abhinav :) ) online that people are mislead and agents are not aware of the new changes and policies in place that visa applications would be stuck like forever in the processing queue , but that's not the case with Abhinav. They are much ahead of time and do their due-diligence before talking to a client and do not take your application unless they are confident of it getting through , unlike others would just take it for the sake of their commission.
  
  I would definitely go ahead and recommend Abhinav to one and all . I wish the whole team a wonderful future ahead.

  You will be pleased to know I have been successful in getting the work visa to the United Kingdom. Finally, our efforts have been rewarded. I thank the Almighty God, who sent me to ABHINAV Outsourcings Pvt. Ltd. to have the door to the western world open for me.
