Considering log-jam by Chinese clients while applying for a visa for Australia, the DIAC (Department of Immigration and Citizenship Australia) has come to a new decision of opening two Australia Visa Application Centers (AVACs) in Beijing and Shanghai by September 3, 2012.
Chinese applicants intending to migrate to Australia face huge problem and unnecessary delay in visa application - forced DIAC to think of some new options - finally made an announcement to open two AVACs.
Managed and controlled by VFS Global, the AVACs will be responsible for accepting the completed visa application form along with visa fees and various other documents by clients. Besides, it will also be responsible for handling inquires by the clients and providing them all necessary instructions related to the visa application.
While commenting on the need of the opening of such AVACs, the DIAC statement revealed, "The need of opening the visa application centers has been taken into consideration in making the immigration service more convenient for the clients that provides a great liberty to them for accessing bundled of information regarding this."
The new measures by DIAC will certainly make Australia visa application process quite convenient for Chinese applicants - who are anxious to migrate to Australia for finding quality of job - can easily apply for visa by visiting either visa application centers.
However, those who are filing their application for Resident Return or an Adoption Visa need to submit their application only to the Australian visa office.
