According to a recent report, currently, there is an urgent need for healthcare and social-assistance personnels in Australia. This healthcare sector is one of biggest sectors of this nation, provides employment to around 1.2 million people, which is about 11% of the overall workforce of the country.
This particular industry of Australia has a huge number of workers and half of these workers are either of 45 years or above. It simply indicates that in the next decade or two, several workers will retire from this industry, which will create the need for more skilled personnels to fill in the shortages of labours in the country.
