Visitor Visa Integrity Fee: A new fee of $250 is required to be paid by every applicant for a non-immigrant visa, including tourists, business travelers, and students. The stated fee cannot be waived, and it will increase annually in line with inflation. EB-5 Visa Quota Reset: The annual EB-5 visa cap has been reset; hence, new applicants can now be accepted by the program. This program confers permanent residence in the United States in exchange for a massive investment and job creation.
