The monthly Tier 2 Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) allocation report for the month of January—duly brought out by the UK Visas and Immigration—suggests that recruiters/job-providers, with a Tier 2 Visa sponsorship licence, will be greeted with a rather good availability of COSs in the month of February 2016. For those not tuned in, the allocation report provides a hint of the figure that will be to be had for the month of February.

It is compulsory that a recruiter with a Tier 2 Sponsorship Licence submits an application for Certificates of Sponsorship for aliens they want to hire. Under the present UK immigration arrangement, unexploited Tier 2 restricted CoS to make use of people who are presently based outside Britain, can be accordingly regained, post a period of three months. That the same improves the availability of the restricted the CoSs for recruiters cannot be denied.

While the January Tier 2 Certificate of Sponsorship allocation meeting took place on January 11, 2016, as every legal petition lodged by the 5 January were successful if they gained 21 points or above.

Initially, the UK Visas and Immigration posted the numbers as accurate as of 12 January, 2016. And, despite the fact that London appraised the numbers on January 18, no improvements were reportedly made.

The February allotment meeting occurred on February 11 this year, with the allocation figures set to be brought out sometime shortly this month, which will also comprise the particulars of the allocation allotment for the month of March.
