On 26th March, 2020, a total of 205 candidates were invited to apply for permanent residence by Saskatchewan PNP, also known as SINP (Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program) under its Occupations in Demand category.  Much of the selection of EOIs (Expression of Interest) by SINP are primarily based on occupation, and whether the nominated applicants have positive employment prospects in Saskatchewan, as per the current demands of the Canadian province.

This is done so that the nominations in any way do not exceed the demand for skilled prospects in the province, which is why a select number of candidates are chosen by this particular provincial nominee program of Saskatchewan. Candidates under this category of SINP have been invited for Canada immigration upon the following factors:

The nominated applicants have had their Educational Credential Assessments
Have a close family member or relative residing in Saskatchewan or have studied at a Saskatchewan post- secondary institution

Some of the following National Occupational Codes have been included while this EOI based selection by SINP are:

College and other vocational instructors (NOC 4021)
Computer and information systems managers (NOC 0213)
Administrative officers (NOC 1221)
Retail and wholesale trade managers (NOC 0621)
Other administrative services managers (NOC 0114)
Senior managers in health, education, social and community services and membership organizations. (NOC 0014)
Financial sales representatives (NOC 6235)
Medical Laboratory Technologist (NOC 3211)
Corporate sales managers (0601)
Chemical engineers (NOC 2134)
Other instructors (NOC 4216)

If you are eligible under either Occupations In-Demand or Express Entry, you will be able to lodge an Expression of Interest (EOI), as it is first step to apply via the SINP. For selection via International Skilled Worker Expression of Interest (EOI) of SINP, you must have connections to the province, work experience as well as proficiency in English language. Not all applicants who submit an EOI are issued an Invitation to apply for Canada Immigration, and not all those who submit an International Skilled Worker EOI, will be sent out an ITA by the SINP.
