In the second express entry draw conducted within a span of just five days, a total number of 3,232 candidates have been invited to apply for permanent residency in Canada.  These invitations for Canada PR visa were mainly issued under the Canadian Experience Class program applicants with Comprehensive Ranking Scores (CRS) as low as 467.

This new Canada Express entry draw was conducted on March 23, 2020. This program particular draw, was second since it was last held in 2015 to mainly select applicants who have applied for permanent residency in Canada under this specific Canadian immigration program of the Canadian Experience class.

This program is open to interested candidates who have a minimum one year of work experience in Canada itself, As a student, this is a very good option, since you get an additional score not only for education in Canada, but when you work there besides study, you gain sufficient experience to apply under this immigration program.

The Canada Experience Class comes among one of three chief Federal High Skilled immigration programs managed by the Express Entry system. The other two classes that it looks after are the Federal High Skilled immigration programs managed by the Express Entry system.

Many of the eligible Express entry applicants are granted a score under Comprehensive Ranking System which will be based on multiple parameters of age, educational qualifications, skilled work experience, competency in English as well as other additional factors such as arranged employment and adaptability.  The present cut off score of 467 was three points lesser, recording itself as the lowest cut-off score this year in an all program Express Entry system draw that was previously placed at 470.

With this draw, the total number of Invitations to Apply issued by the IRCC via the Express Entry system of Canada alone, is 22,600.  Thus keep in mind, that many of the Express Entry applicants with even lower CRS scores have high chances of being send an Invitation to Apply for Canada permanent residence
