Here’s a positive news report for those who are keen to acquire the prized Permanent Residence (PR) status in Canada through the well-known and widely used Provincial Nominee Programme (PNP) route!
Alberta has thrown its doors wide open for its well-known Alberta Immigrant Nominee Programme (AINP) for fresh petitions. For those not tuned in, the AINP is basically a PNP of the Maple Leaf Country. The PNP enables provinces like Alberta to provide nomination to people for permanent movement to the nation.
Significantly, Alberta had not been admitting fresh petitions to the AINP since August 27, last year. The administration of Alberta made public at that time that the doors of the scheme would be thrown wide open on January 27, 2016.
The AINP is divided into three classes, namely, the Self-Employed Farmer Stream, the Employer-Driven Stream, and the Strategic Recruitment Stream. Every category of the AINP is ‘base’ category. It denotes that the classes are not duly aligned with the Canadian federal Express Entry structure.
Apart from chasing trained fresh aliens, the province is also hunting for candidates in some specific semi-skilled professions.
In addition, there is also a pressing need of an offer of job for many AINP streams, aspirants with prior employment experience in the province, and who have a suitable trade certificate in a Compulsory or Optional Trade, and also those in certain particular engineering professions, could be entitled to submit an application. Those who have duly wrapped-up their studies in the country can also present a petition under the AINP.
