Update on Australia Skilled and Business Migration for 2023

The nomination for the final allocation for 2022 to 2023 has been received for skilled and business immigration. The final nomination allocation levels for 2022-23 for South Australia has been confirmed by the Australian Government Department of Home Affairs.

Here is the final distribution of South Australia:

• General Skilled Migration Program (visa subclass 491 and 190) has been granted a total of 8,000 places
• Business Innovation and Investment Program (visa subclass 188) has been granted a total of 70 places

General Skilled Migration Program

The program shall carry on to nominate candidates from General Skilled Migration (GSM) in all of their streams which also comprises of offshore applicants. The region of South Australia is a hotbed of springing potential for skilled workers who migrate so that they can secure themselves a state nomination.

Business Innovation and Investment Program

• Additionally, a very short number of slots are available for the Entrepreneur stream (188E) as the candidates herein must first connect with the a?Service Provider?to be considered for the 188E stream and get data on both suitability and obtainability.

Both the Subclass 888 state nomination applications as well as the 132 review applications will not be impacted by these nomination slots and shall be open until 26^th June, 2023.
