Starting 2013--and in tune with the visa application procedure--certain people from abroad, filing applications for the Canadian Permits, will not only be required to give their fingerprints but also their photographs even as the former will be compared with what is already there in the bank. When it comes to the digital scanning of the fingerprints, none of the biometrics system is fool-proof.
