Canada Arranged Employment Opinion
True that age, education, work experience, adaptability and other factors add on to your points, but another aspect which plays a key role in augmenting your chances for Canadian immigration is the Canada Arranged Employment Option.
|
Plenty of prospective immigrants to Canadian Skilled Immigrant Category fail to clear the pre-requisites, because somewhere or the other, their occupation fails to mark its presence in the occupation list. In this case, Abhinav’s Canadian immigration specialists advise people to make application for Federal Skilled Worker Program under the Canada Arranged Employment Opinion which means getting an additional 10 points by finding a Canadian employer who would provide sponsorship for making application with Human Resources & Skills Development Canada (HRSDC). This would be a great relief for applicants who otherwise struggle to fulfill the required Pass Mark of 67 points. Our role includes contacting Canadian employers who are looking to hire overseas skilled workers under the desired occupations. Have a look at the highlights of Canada Arranged Employment Opinion: |
|
-
Under the Arranged Employment Opinion, Abhinav would make the application on your behalf, even if the occupation is not present on the Priority List of 29 Occupation. Above all, if the annual quota of 1000 has expired, you still fulfill the eligibility criteria.
-
We always stress on making points under the Canada Arranged Employment Option as those applying for a PR status in Canada in the long run would be benefited for a paced up processing time.
-
A job offer in hand before even landing in Canada boosts your chances of having a better adaptability to an altogether new life style.
-
Our role includes accessing your occupation profile and backgrounds and seeing whether they fall within the A, B & O class of the Canadian National Occupational Classification Matrix. This is to ensure that HRSDC provides a positive outcome for your case.
Role of Abhinav for filing your applications under the Canada Arranged Employment Opinion:
-
We would assist in drafting post qualified resume, especially meant for the Canadian employer to skim through.
-
Circulating your profile amongst the Canadian job market, hence making a dignified presence in the niche.
-
Offer our expertise to the Canadian employer. Also, on their consent, our team of immigration specialists would prepare and file the AEO application on employer’s behalf for the final approval from the Human Resources Skills Development Canada (HRSDC)
-
The next successful stage would include filing the application at the Canadian High Commission and performing a follow up on required mandates.
Please note that LMO work permit should NOT be confused with a Canadian Arranged Employment Opinion from HRSDC. The former is a temporary work permit where you can start your employment options in Canada before making an application for PR status in Canada whereas the later is a synonym for job offer from a Canadian employer, after you have received a PR status in Canada.
Canada Work Permit
Before deciding on whether to make Canada as your permanent residence, candidates can opt to go on a Canada Temporary Work permit, hence having a kaleidoscopic view of Canadian ambiance and its job culture. Abhinav’s team of Canadian immigration specialists would put the best foot forward in filling and filing of your application form for a successful Canadian Work Permit.
One such option is the Labour Market Opinion, in which Canadian employers recruit overseas workers on a temporary basis to fulfill the skill shortages in Canada. Hence, people with the required skills/labor/proficiency have higher chances of working in Canada under the Labor Market Opinion. To keep the facet transparent, a majority of Canadian employers intending to hire temporary overseas workers need to get a positive Labor Market Opinion from Service Canada.
Applicants wishing to work in Canada would need a work permit from CIC (Citizenship and Immigration Canada). After getting receipt of the work permit application as well as the approval of Labor Market Opinion, CIC decides whether to grant work permit to the overseas applicant or not. Our sheer guidance would ensure that the facet of authenticity is maintained throughout the application process.
Human Resources and Skills Development Canada/Service Canada works with employers who want to hire foreign workers.
Citizenship and Immigration Canada and the Canada Border Services Agency work with overseas workers intending to temporarily work in Canada. While on the other hand, Human Resources and Skills Development Canada/Service Canada work with the Canadian employer who is aiming to hire the overseas worker.
Please note that Canada work permit is normally granted for one or two years. In some cases, applicants can apply for extensions, but indefinite extension is NOT granted. For an indefinite residence status, it is advised to apply for a Canadian Federal Skilled Worker program. Our Canadian immigration experts would guide you in every process. Kindly fill our Free Assessment Form to initiate the application process.
The Citizenship and Immigration Canada clearly defines which Immigration consultant can represent an application, on behalf of clients, with the department. The department calls them authorized representatives, and among them are the Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants who are members in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (www.iccrc-crcic.ca). Ensure that, if you are hiring a paid immigration consultant, he/she is an authorized representative to represent you with Citizenship and Immigration Canada and other Canadian Government agencies.
